From Grass Roots to Real Estate Business Owner.
My journey began in Country Victoria, forged with hard working Aussie Values, education and an ambition to ‘stand out’.
Growth through building successful relationships and business systems I have sold over 1000 properties and now manage a similar number.
Success is not what comes of us but how we deal with our daily reality.
I am always looking forward to the next opportunity in business and life.

I trained as a structural engineer. The job was simple: given enough constraints, any problem has a solution. You just have to find it.
In 2008, I brought that mindset into real estate and 18 years later, I still wake up excited to get to work. That's not a line for a bio. Ask anyone who's worked with me.
What started as a curiosity about how property operations could run more efficiently has become something bigger. As Head of Innovation and AI at Bayleys, I lead our charge into a future where AI doesn't replace the humans in this industry, it amplifies the ones who care most about getting it right. As National Director of Property Management, I keep that future grounded in what we actually do: find homes for people, protect investments for owners, deliver results and create dreams.
I am passionate about all areas of Real Estate and love the challenge of taking on something new. BUPE, our commercial property management specialist brand, is the third commercial business I've built from the ground up. Same engineering instinct each time, same question: what if we started with a blank page?
Outside work, I'm an endurance athlete. Long distances teach you what engineering already did - the problem is solvable. You just keep moving.
