TICKETS
Where can I buy tickets?
Check out our ticket options here. When you’re ready, you can register and buy your tickets here.
Can I purchase tickets for a group?
Yes! Via the registration site you can register up to 10 attendees.
For any groups larger than 10, you’ll be directed to the Group Registration portal. Get started here.
I’d like a VIP experience. Which ticket do I need?
By selecting the Platinum Ticket option you will have access to all spaces of AREC2024, including the VIP Platinum Lounge.
You will also have access to premium reserve seating within the conference arena for all general sessions. Numbers are capped.
Are there any discounts available?
If you’re registering a large group of 50+ pax, you may be eligible for a group discount.

When will I receive my name badge?
You can collect your name badge on arrival at AREC2024.
Alternatively, there will be collection points at nearby hotels so you avoid any delays on conference days.

Where and when is AREC2024?
We are delighted to be hosting AREC2024 at the Gold Coast Conference & Exhibition Centre again this year.
We look forward to seeing you on Sunday 26th & Monday 27th of May.
What time does the event start?
Doors to the Expo Hall will open from 6:30am each day.

Is catering provided?
Yes, morning tea and lunch will be provided for all attendees.
There is an opportunity to tell us if you have any dietary requirements during the registration process.
VENUE
Is onsite parking available?
Undercover car spaces are available for short-term parking, including two EV chargers.
A daily $15 inclusive of GST flat rate is charged for parking at the Centre.
Is cloaking available at the venue?
Yes, there will be a space available for cloaking throughout both days of AREC2024.
Is the venue accessible?
The Gold Coast Conference & Exhibition Centre was designed with accessibility in mind.

Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.
TRAVEL
Where can I stay on the Gold Coast?
The GCCEC is located at Broadbeach. There are a range of accommodation options available close-by, and across the Gold Coast region.

When should I arrive on the Gold Coast?
We recommend arriving to the Gold Coast by Saturday 25th May so you’re able to enjoy the full two days of AREC2024 activities from the early morning of Sunday 26th May.
